2. Individual Consultation
We’ll then have a conversation —either virtually or in person— to get to know each other and chat about your expectations.
3. Visual Proposal of the Trip + Budget
We’ll deliver a clear and visual proposal, along with a detailed budget including all requested services.
4. Acceptance and Payment
You’ll confirm your travel plan, agree to the terms & conditions, settle the payment and we’ll do the rest!
5. Time for Deliverables
You’ll receive a travel dossier with booking confirmations, payment receipts, cultural recommendations and emergency contacts.
6. Support During your Trip
We’ll be available during your trip to assist you with any unexpected situations or questions that may arise.
7. Post Trip Experience
We’ll follow up, hear your thoughts, and send you a special gift for each friend you refer to us!
